Welcome to the 2025 New York Bears!

The New York Bears are entering their 15th season in the Westchester Rockland Wood Bat League. The team was founded by and is currently coached by George Zeolla.

In 2013, the Bears achieved one of the league's greatest underdog victories, defeating the powerhouse New City Outlaws to capture the WRWBL title. In 2024, the Bears had a historic season, culminating in the raising of our second WRWBL title trophy!

We're excited to defend our title in 2025 and look forward to your support throughout the summer!
