Westchester Rockland Wood Bat League

The WRWBL is pleased to announce that the Shore Road Sluggers have joined the league for the 2024 season!

The addition of the Sluggers caps an offseason of change with NYPD and Statesmen leaving the league, along with the formation of the crossover challenge with the NY Metro League.

The Shore Road Sluggers have roster ties extending from New York City to Orange County. Founded by Eric Mercado and Dave Bruskewicz, the Sluggers completed their first season in the GHVBL in 2023. They finished the regular season with the most wins in the league before falling short in the league semi-final, and are looking to continue their winning ways in the WRWBL.
