Your 2021 Comeback Player of the Year is Lou Gigante from the New Rochelle Tigers!

After surprise open-heart surgery in early 2021, Lou was not supposed to be anywhere near a baseball field this summer.  A 17 year veteran of the WRWBL and 2 time MVP winner, Lou didn't need to be told twice that he could return to play, and managed to suit up on opening day and return to his usual form.
